Please note that due to the fast growing E-bike market and the recent tariff tumult, it is very challenging to stay on top of motor inventory. That being said, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE you place your order to ensure that we can get your motor and other products in a timely manner. As companies improve their motor systems, they occasionally introduce new motors and discontinue others. We don’t want you to be in a situation where you order a motor that has been discontinued. We do sell many other models and so in that case you may opt for another motor but in case you want your money back, we would reimburse you, minus the fees we are charged by the financial intermediaries, like Stripe or PayPal. The amount is approximately 3% of the total dollar value. We’re sorry but we cannot absorb those losses.
